By simulating real-world work scenarios, the XRC Job Explorer supports both career orientation and targeted skills training simultaneously.
CHALLENGE
Supermarkets offer a wide range of products and activities that require standardised procedures and detailed process knowledge. Workflows such as hygiene regulations, product presentation, and customer service must be efficiently communicated to new staff. However, the complexity of different departments and tasks makes it challenging to provide consistent training, often resulting in varied learning outcomes.

The XRC Job Explorer delivers an immersive, mobile, and scalable work environment where new employees and trainees can explore and practise job processes. By combining gamification with Virtual Reality (VR), it creates a realistic learning experience that supports both career exploration and practical training. Thanks to its mobile, standalone hardware, the application can be used flexibly in any location, enabling efficient, location-independent training.
