We integrate innovative eXtended Reality technologies into your working environment to sustainably and effectively transform learning processes. Through customized analyses, workshops and prototypes, we develop targeted training applications that not only increase your efficiency, but also promote ideal learning outcomes and skills in the long term – precisely tailored to your goals. Let’s work together to create learning experiences that have real impact.
In this phase, goals, challenges, and framework conditions are systematically analyzed. Through strategic XR consulting, a shared understanding of the potential of immersive technologies in the specific application context is developed. The focus is on identifying relevant use cases, evaluating technological possibilities, and defining realistic target visions. This well-founded preliminary work lays the foundation for all further steps – from the initial idea to implementation.
The Discovery Workshop is designed to translate initial ideas into tangible application scenarios. Together, goals are refined, user needs analyzed, and concrete use cases developed. Using structured methods such as canvas sessions, stakeholder mapping, and prioritization, a clear roadmap for prototypical implementation is created. The workshop combines strategic alignment with creative input – and lays the groundwork for a proof of concept with real added value.
Technology Readiness Level 1 to 3
A Proof of Concept serves to verify the technical and conceptual feasibility of an idea at an early stage of development. Initial simulations, functional prototypes, or conceptual sketches are used to evaluate basic functions and test key assumptions. The goal is to identify risks early, highlight potential, and provide a solid basis for decision-making regarding next steps.
Technology Readiness Level 4 to 6
In the prototype phase, the developed concept is brought to life as an interactive application. Initial XR environments, functions, and user interactions are implemented to practically test key processes and the planned learning experience. The focus lies on validating functions in the application context, gathering user feedback, and iterating on the design. The prototype serves as a testing ground for instructional effectiveness, technical feasibility, and usability – not yet final, but already close to the eventual solution.
Technology Readiness Level 7 to 8
The MVP is the first fully usable version of the XR application, ready for deployment and testing in real-world contexts. Core functionalities are robustly implemented, the user experience is largely finalized, and learning objectives can be demonstrably achieved. The MVP depicts real training situations, collects systematic feedback, and is evaluated for scalability and integration. This phase marks the transition from development to operational use – with the goal of delivering a sustainable, deployable solution.
Technology Readiness Level 9
The Commercial Product marks the final development stage: a fully functional, scalable XR solution for long-term use in everyday training. The application is validated, stable, documented, and seamlessly integrable into existing systems. It includes accompanying materials, support and maintenance concepts, as well as options for further development. The goal is a professionally operable product that delivers lasting value – both in content and technology.
