By combining digital course content with Virtual Reality (VR) and Mixed Reality (MR), the programme delivers essential skills such as strategic planning, patient care, and intercultural competence in a practical, hands-on format. This immersive training enables realistic simulations of complex crisis scenarios that can be conducted flexibly, cost-effectively, and independent of location.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7c6be9daf5cd4742490196d86f73565c\" style=\"color:#f26b5c;font-size:24px;font-style:normal;font-weight:800\">CHALLENGE<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparing for international missions requires a broad range of skills, including crisis management, decision-making, and socio-cultural awareness. Traditional training methods often fall short in replicating the complexity and dynamics of real-world crises. Large-scale, realistic field exercises are frequently associated with high costs, significant logistical demands, and potential safety risks.
