    ABSTRACT<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

    The XR2ESILIENCE project is developing a personalised XR-supported training programme aimed at promoting resilience and mental wellbeing among nursing staff. The immersive learning environment presents realistic stress scenarios in which nurses can strengthen their resilience and refine coping strategies. The programme is designed to reduce mental strain and enhance overall workplace wellbeing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Nursing professionals are exposed to high physical and psychological demands on a daily basis, factors that can lead to burnout and mental health disorders. Existing resilience programmes are often insufficiently personalised or lack practical relevance, making it difficult to address the specific needs of this professional group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    XR2ESILIENCE offers a scalable and flexible solution that enables nurses to effectively manage stress and build resilience.
